Email the teamIs it really 0% commission? Where's the catch?
There isn't one. Payments go directly through your own Stripe or Paystack account, so we couldn't take a cut even if we wanted to. We make money from the subscription and optional AI credit packs, never from your sales.
Who owns my content, clients and data?
You do, in the plainest sense: everything you create and every contact you earn exports in open formats, any day you want. We're built in Berlin under GDPR, and your data is never sold, mined or used for ads.
Can I move my existing clients, courses and content in?
Yes. Importers cover contacts, subscribers, products and course content, and our migration guides walk through moves from Kajabi, Teachable, Patreon, Mailchimp and others. Most people are fully moved in within a weekend.
What are AI credits?
Credits are how Mira's work is measured: each briefing, question or analysis uses a few. Starter includes 300 per month, Pro 1,200 and Business 4,000, which comfortably covers regular briefings and questions at each stage. If you ever run out, top-up packs are available on any plan.
Do I need technical skills to use it?
No. TribeNest works like any modern app: sign up, follow onboarding, done. If you can use email, you can run your business here.
What happens if I cancel?
You export everything: contacts, content, orders, subscriber lists, in open formats. Your Stripe or Paystack account, your domain and your audience were always yours, so they simply come with you.
